Reducing any Magic Find attached to a character will help players in their search for the required Normal-type weapon. 23% Better Chance of Getting Magic ItemsĪ 4-Socket Polearm or Stave will start to drop in Act 1 of Nightmare difficulty.Level 12-17 Meditation Aura When Equipped. The full stats of an Insight Polearm or Stave are: Meaning anybody wanting to take advantage of the mercenaries' fantastic healing and buff abilities will want to equip them with Insight as soon as they can. While the Runeword can be used to help characters, like the Diablo 2 Resurrected Javelin Amazon build, Insight is most commonly used on Act 2 Mercenary equipment. This is inherently wrong imo, but would be a big overhaul to fix and thus again something I don’t think a good idea with the dev’s current track record of changing mechanics.īut yes I think it would be nice if a healer would actually add something to a party.įor that however the content should be harder, less alternatives to regenerating health and mana be available and likely the health regen should become better (mana is good enough as it is).To make the Insight Runeword, players will need to acquire a Ral, Tir, Tal, and Sol Rune, then insert them into a 4-socket Polearm or Stave while their character is Level 27 or above. I don’t like the way a number of 1.10 runewords made the skill on the class were it came from obsolete, again insight is also in this category.īut I think the energy problem is not the fault of insight, the attributes in Diablo 2 are basically enough Strength for gear, enough Dexterity for gear (and sometimes block 75%), Energy 0 or all (with all only on a focused energy shield) and Vitaly the rest.

Personally think Insight like multiple other runewords, are to strong or to strong for the cost (this category is where insight lands for me).

It would be nice to play a healer for a change. It would be nice if insight was maybe 2-5 max level so that it’s like “oh nice, we have a meditation Paladin with holy bolt” The groups I joined always had 1+ insight mercs making my max meditation max prayer only Slightly better than the mercs and essentially a waste of points and rendering everyone’s merc useless. Up for me is that I wanted to make a meditation holy bolt Paladin so I could be a support. Not only that but it basically makes it so meditation aura on a Paladin would never get picked. Strengths value is being able to equip more powerful gearĭexterity’s value is hit chance and block chanceĮnergy is lacking value because there are so many ways to avoid putting points into it. It really pushes the value of energy to 0 I feel as though level 12-17 aura for mana regen is just way too much.
